About Superb

Our first experience hiring a young person was a 15-year old from our neighborhood who would bring in our mail, then it was a 17-year old baby sitter for one of our children occasionally, then it was an 18-year old to play tennis with another child. Soon we were hiring local young people from our community for all sorts of tasks, from serving as a mothers helper, to tutoring, to helping take care of our parents house when they were away, to painting a beautiful mural in our backyard.

We considered hiring these talented young people a real life hack as we would not have been able to find such affordable enriching support without getting lucky within our local network. With Superb, we’ve tried to replicate this opportunity for everyone.
